At Artihas, we take great care in preparing and delivering your orders safely. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

  1. Shipping Coverage

Artihas currently ships products across India only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

  • 2–3 business days for small and lightweight products such as wall art, decorative items, printed cups, bottles, and small sculptures.

  • 3–5 business days for larger or heavier items such as statues and premium sculptures.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, pack, and dispatch the order. It does not include delivery transit time.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • remote locations

  • courier partner delays

  • weather conditions

  • logistics issues

Artihas will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product size, weight, and delivery location.

Customers will be able to see the exact shipping cost before completing the order.

  1. Shipping for Large or Heavy Products

Certain products, such as large statues or heavy sculptures, may require special packaging and logistics handling.

These items may:

  • take longer processing time

  • require specialized transport

  • have different delivery arrangements

Our team may contact the customer to coordinate delivery for such products.

  1. Packaging

All products are packed carefully using protective packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Fragile and delicate items are handled with additional care to ensure they arrive safely.

  1. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or other available contact methods so you can monitor the delivery status.

  1. Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

Artihas will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

  1. Shipping Damage

If a product arrives damaged, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a damage claim, please provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • A complete unboxing video

Damage claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

  1. Multiple Item Orders

If an order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and packaging requirements.

Customers will receive tracking details for each shipment.
