Thank you for shopping at Artihas. We take great care in packaging and delivering every product. However, if there is an issue with your order, this Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns or refunds may be processed.

  1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Any return request submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

  1. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product received is significantly different from the product description

Returns are not accepted for personal preference or change of mind.

  1. Proof Requirement

To process a return request, the customer must provide the following:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded while opening the package

  • Photographic evidence of the issue

This evidence helps us verify damage or incorrect products and process the request quickly.

Requests submitted without proper proof may not be approved.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned except in cases of verified damage or defects:

  • Heavy statues or temple installations

  • Products that have been used or altered

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling

  • Products without original packaging

Heavy statues and large sculptures are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged during delivery.

  1. Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for return:

Artihas will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

  1. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Customers will be required to provide valid bank details to process the refund.

  1. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

The processing time may vary depending on banking procedures.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before the product is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  1. Replacement Policy

Currently, Artihas does not provide product replacements.
Eligible cases will be handled through refunds only.

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

  • Unboxing video and photo proof
