Orders and Order Cancellation

Customized or made-to-order products may require advance payment before production begins.
Once production of a customized order has started, such orders cannot be cancelled.

Once production has commenced, customized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artihas shall not be liable for:
• Improper installation or handling after delivery
• Damage caused by customer negligence
• Delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control
• Minor handcrafted variations that are inherent to handmade products
Our maximum liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
